Ashley and Nicole are lifelong friends and long-time colleagues.  Anyone who has met this dynamic duo knows that Chef Ashley is a business-minded, culinary badass and Nicole is a master in all aspects of beverage and service.  After owning a successful gastropub in Brooklyn’s Greenpoint for ten years the pair decided to move on to escape the rising prices and stress of New York City and take their chances on a new adventure in the Caribbean. In 2017 they closed the doors to their popular neighborhood restaurant, The Habitat, and risked it all by moving to Puerto Rico.  Hurricane Maria hit the island hard that year and priorities had to be rearranged. The funds for their new endeavor were used to get back on their feet after the storm.  In 2019, Ashley leveled up her career and completed the required training to become a yacht chef. She quickly learned how to deliver the gourmet chef experience while on a moving vessel in potentially unfriendly conditions.  Not too long after that, Nicole took to the friendly skies and became a flight attendant for JetBlue Mint, where she quickly learned how to become a mixologist at thirty thousand feet. Recently, the pair have taken on side gigs planning small events such as birthday celebrations, bachelor parties, post-wedding brunch, yoga retreats, and provisioning for vacation rentals.  The success of these events and positive client feedback have inspired them to build a website that promotes their sincere and fun approach to hospitality.
